I don’t know if I should call this the hustle culture or anxiety culture.
Every morning that I wake up, I notice something weird.
Most people that I work with, they too wake up and make it a point to dump their anxiety to each other right as the first thing in the morning.
As if they’ve gotten no rest, as if the world is about to end.
Once they’ve done this and shifted the blames/responsibilities, they head on with their day - to collect more anxiety.
This doesn’t happen at wariCrew, but everywhere else, I don’t know how this is ‘normal’.
How do people not notice it.
Why does everyone not make it a point to take 1-2 hours for yourself before starting to work.
Why does everyone not make it a point to list down everything for the day, write it all, take a pause, and see how you’ll deal with it.
No wonder everyone who works with wariCrew is happier. Because no work is urgent, everyone knows what they have to do, and no one is anxious about anything.
That’s the kind of work culture I want to bring and build.
