Rule 1
No work should be done before planning and foreseeing an ‘approach’ towards getting the work done.
This draws from my philosophy of work.
We usually default to bruteforce or other heuristics towards our approach. But it would be much more efficient to have thought of it and give the ‘thinking’ some time.
How this translates in clickup: You need to add a description with a task writing your chosen approach before getting it done.
Rule 2
To maintain the integrity and trust in the system, overdue tasks cannot be ignored. They must be treated as ‘errors’ and debugged.
