I’m not writing much today too, even though I think it might help. I feel I’m in a thought spiral.

Though, when I get out of it, here are a few things I’d like to reflect upon.

  1. Why we don’t talk to our parents.
  2. Fear and the stories we tell ourselves, our imagination, what’s real and what’s not.
  3. Silly kids
  4. Confidence and self-belief, being a shield to attacks
  5. Courage to ask for help
  6. Friends as a support group
  7. How you take the fall
