Bro nuances, every single thing has nuances.

When people say there’s a ton to learn about something, it’s usually not wide, it’s deep, it’s learning about the nuances.

And I love that, because nuances link fundamentals between two abstractions.

I love finding and learning and discovering nuances.

Today I learnt the significance of while people started Agile development, while working on a software project for KX.

It’s deeply interlinked with the cost of errors as software is developed vs the speed you aspire to develop it at.

This little nuance connects it all.

every advice also has nuances - that’s what matters, not the advice. coz in general, all advice is good advice. When to use which one, is about their nuances.

So whenever you’re given an advice, ask about the nuances, try to pose an inversion question and ask where it’s not applicable, go deeper, to understand better and to link it with an underlying fundamental.

The devil is in the details, and I freaking love him!
