As a leader (which is what people should be, not managers), providing clarity to your team and each individual in the team is your biggest role.

Most people experience failure from the ‘lack’ of clarity.

Your job is to help them see the path to accomplish the challenges they face, that can be done through many methods, but the end outcome is clarity.

It could be planning out and properly defining the task for them, but it could also just be motivating them - which leads them to believing in themselves - which gives them clarity.
