It’s another example of the inverse law (alan watts) that you can’t force yourself to feel anything.
You can’t force yourself to feel sad or happy. The more you try the more it won’t happen.
As Vishal bhaiya taught us, the brain works much differently to the body, there more effort you exert on your brain the worse it works.
In comparison, if you relax and let it do it’s thing, it’ll do a great job at it.
