It’s been 5 days in BLR, and I’ve found it much easier to maintain a routine.
I guess environment plays a much bigger role here than I thought.
Habits are easier when you life authentically revolves around them.
When everyone in the house sleeps at 10, it’s easier to sleep at 10.
When work starts at 9, it’s easier to do that.
When everyone has the habit of logging off early, and not working after work - you do that too.
And it’s a multi factor compounding effect, it’s like a system achieving resonance and synchronization.
At first it’s dispersed and energies cancel out, but slowly and surely, these negatives pull each other together and once that happens, there’s collective growing energy.
It’s almost like a state transition of the system, but not over a boundary, much more gradual.
That’s what happens when you enter a healthy environment.
