The more I run XARC, the more I realize how much I need to be ‘good’ in order for the company to succeed.

Today, in it’s initial days, no work happens without me or Kabir initiating it or keeping a close eye on it.

Eventually, we want to setup processes where work keeps happening even if we’re actively there or not.

The one thing I’ve experienced quite a lot some times is that on the days I’m not doing too good, the company suffers too. And I hate that.

While this is going to teach me how to maintain myself better, I hope we build self-sustaining processes and teams too!
